⭐⭐⭐⭐ Was I hooked by that book? Yes. In this sweet, delightful Christmas novella, Rhi creates an elaborate Christmas just for her and Con, away from the stress of Zora and the fraught situation with the dragons.
The holiday season is Rhi’s favorite time of year, which means Con loves it, too. Except they’re on Zora, where there are no traditions, and beginning one could be hazardous. Finding the lost dragons should’ve given everyone peace. Instead, they’re facing powerful enemies at every turn. Despite the danger, the King of Dragon Kings knows his mate longs to have their space dripping with holiday decorations and gifts piled under the tree, and he’s going to do his best to give it to her and make sure they have time to celebrate the season and their love. And perhaps a surprise or two.
MY THOUGHTS
I’ve been really enjoying the holiday novellas in this series. They provide a slowed-down intimate glimpse into the personal lives of these characters. What they are like when they’re not fighting for their lives or trying to save the world.
Con and Rhi took a few days to escape and decompress and it was glorious. I loved their connection, and the way they understand and support each other.
I can highly recommend this entire series if you like steamy romance filled with dragons, fae, magic, and suspense.
Thank you to the author for providing me with a copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I’ve never read this author, but I’ve heard lots of great things. And novellas, especially holiday novellas in series I like are perfect! Great review!
