The plugin wpDiscuz is used to collect comments on posts and pages. We collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the commenter’s IP address to help with spam detection. All IP addresses are anonymized. The data collected consists of a name and an email address, both required, and an optional website address. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. You can manage these cookies through your browser settings. All data collected is stored locally and not shared with anyone else.
Your name will be shown publicly, but not your email.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

LIKES
The plugin WP Ulike is used to record likes on pages and posts. Only an IP address is collected and it is anonymized. Any data collected is stored locally and not shared with anyone else.
CONTACT FORM
The WPForms plugin is used to manage contact form submissions. When you contact us through the contact form, you are required to enter your name and email address, along with your message. This information is sent as an email message to hookedbythatbook@gmail.com.
The information collected is kept for as long as necessary to provide a satisfactory customer experience and is never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
This blog uses MailPoet to collect newsletter subscribers and send out the weekly newsletter. When you enter your email address, you will receive an opt-in confirmation email. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time. Your email address will be kept for as long as you stay a subscriber to this service.
