I read and review romance novels, from any time period, including paranormal and fantasy. My favourite is romantic suspense. I don’t like horror, sorry (not sorry).
All the reviews posted here are my personal opinions on these books. I try my best not to judge the subject material or the author and I promise to provide an honest review.
The majority of the books that I review here are intended for adults, so please keep that in mind. The books may contain sexually explicit scenes, explicit language, sensitive issues, and/or graphic violence. Please ensure you are aware of any content warnings in a particular book before reading it.
My star ratings are out of a total of 5, and it’s based on Goodreads’ rating system:
⭐ I did not like it at all.
⭐⭐ It was okay, won’t recommend.
⭐⭐⭐ I liked it just fine, will probably recommend it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ I enjoyed it, and will definitely recommend it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was amazing, couldn’t put it down, and will definitely recommend it.
I will attempt to add a sensuality rating at the bottom of each review based on the following guidelines:
None: There is no sensuality, or even the hint of it.
Subtle: Flirting, sexual banter, kissing and holding hands. Sex might be implied, but not described.
Warm: Sex is described in varying detail, usually more from a romantic viewpoint.
Hot: Sex is described in graphic detail, likely using more explicit words, and there are usually multiple sex scenes.
Scorching: Explicit, the sex and the profanity. This may include multiple partners, BDSM, and other variations of Erotica.
