Welcome to my Monday Musings. Yep, we had some flurries today. It’s looking pretty dismal outside. Good thing I don’t have to go anywhere. It was a busy week. I had my hair done – spruced up the colour a bit and I cut it to a short bob. Thursday evening I met up with some friends for wine and appies and Friday I went for a walk with another friend. The weekend was quiet, I had time to catch up with some chores around the house.
And now on to the reading part of the post. (To find out more about the books: For mobile users – tap on the image of the book cover. For PC users – just hover the mouse over the cover.)
DONE AND DUSTED
I added two new reviews this week, and there were no new quickie reviews.
FOR THIS COMING WEEK
I’ve had to put Hunted on the back burner a bit. Hopefully I can get back to it soon. Some more will inevitably be added as the week goes on. And I’m still working my way through The Exchange.
QUOTES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE
From 10 Things That Never Happened by Alexis Hall: “And then you kissed me and now I…” He lets his head slip further down into his hands. “…don’t know how I’m supposed to go the rest of my life without being kissed by you again.”
OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
You can find more recommendations here. Is there anything you’d like to recommend? I’m always open to new authors and new books.
What are you reading? Let me know in the comments below.
And that’s it. Thanks for musing with me on this beautiful Monday.

Hooray for the new hair cut. It’s amazing what a new cut can do for you. 🙂 Love that quote from the Alexis Hall book. I haven’t got to that this month like I planned. Hopefully next month!
Hope you like it too! Yeah, I’ve fallen behind in reviews, again.
It’s good to hear you have activities with friends. I don’t really do that much. I don’t have much time and I don’t know as many people here as I did in Minnesota.
Well, I figure as long as you do get out some and see some people, it doesn’t have to be a big deal or all the time. I’m one of those extrovert-introvert people. How long have you been in your current home?
Flurries? NOOO!! We’ve been getting chilly overnight (last night it was in the 30s) but during the day it’s upper 50s. I’m so not ready for any snow!
Yeah, the flurries turned into a whole heap of snow. We are covered.
Snow! I’m ready for the cool weather to stay here without the 80 degree days popping up here and there. I have a haircut scheduled for this Friday and I’m so ready! I need to read Chloe Liese soon. Have a great week!
Hope your hair turns out exactly the way you wanted.
