Hi, and welcome to my Monday Musings.

Happy Valentine’s Day! However you celebrate this day (or not), I hope you’re having a great day. We just made some heart-shaped cookies, and that’s about it for our efforts. Did you do anything special?

I had a lovely week catching up with various friends during coffee dates or just a walk by the river. We’re having unusually pleasant weather for February, but I’m loving it. This is always such a mood-booster.

I’ve also kept an eye on the Olympics. The snowboarding and skiing events were very entertaining and I always love the ice skating.

Other than that, it’s been an uneventful week. I did have a lot of fun reading.

And now, onto the reading part of this post.
