Welcome to my Weekly Wrap Up. It was a good week. It’s getting warmer here, even though the weather is very up and down. I bought hanging baskets and other flowers for my planters outside and they make me so happy. We also bought a badly-needed new barbecue recently and have tried it out, too. I went for a walk with a friend and had a lovely visit with another friend who recently had a baby.
And now on to the reading part of the post. (Mobile users – tap on the image of the book cover. PC users – just hover the mouse over the cover.)
DONE AND DUSTED
I posted one new review and there are no new quickie reviews. I’ve been in a weird reading mood lately and I started rereading the Mercy Thompson series and the Alpha & Omega series by Patricia Briggs. It’s been a combination of reading the books and listening to audio, depending on what became available first from the library.
FOR THIS COMING WEEK
Some more will inevitably be added as the week goes on.

QUOTES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE
From Say Yes to the Duke by Eloisa James: Then she giggled. Giggled! He’d never liked giggles. They were childish, he’d thought. Naïve. But now he realized that giggles were fragments of laughter. The way “joy” is shorter and sharper than the word “happiness”. Giggles came when a woman was out of breath, and he loves the reason Viola was out of breath.
From Say Yes to the Duke by Eloisa James: “I know what is to come, though my mother might have forgotten some important details. Such as the fact that you – that men – have nipples. Do you… is there anything else I should know about?”
