⭐⭐⭐ Was I hooked by that book? Yes. If you’re experiencing Warrior/Druid withdrawal, this book provides a timely diversion to keep these fascinating characters fresh in your mind.

In this Christmas novella the Warriors and Druids of the Dark Warriors series gather for the winter solstice at castle MacLeod in Scotland.

MY THOUGHTS

Each chapter focuses on a different couple. I enjoyed the reminder of who all the Warriors and Druids are and a bit about their stories. It was lovely seeing them in relaxed circumstances, being themselves, where they only had to focus on each other.

You will also find a delightful surprise in between each chapter, recipes for Christmas snacks and cocktails. It was a fun transition and I looked forward to each new one. I’m going to have to try some of those recipes now.

This novella won’t mean much if you haven’t at least read the books in the Dark Warriors series. And if you have the time, go back and read the entire Dark World series. I can highly recommend this series if you enjoy paranormal romance with a large variety of creatures and people and nail-biting action.

Thank you to the author for providing me with a copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
