Welcome to another Monday Musings. Most of my time this past week went into painting the walls and we’re making good progress. Next up are the stairs, which is a bit of a challenge, since ours have a curved wall and of course, the ceiling is quite high towards the top of the stairs. But I’m loving the new colour. Wondering if I can talk my husband into new living room furniture?

Over the weekend we went out to dinner with some friends. It was a great evening with great company, but we were all laughing about getting old. All four of us got tired of listening to the too loud music playing and trying to hear each other properly. Ah, next time we’ll definitely pick a quieter spot.

And now on to the reading part of the post. (To find out more about the books: For mobile users – tap on the image of the book cover. For PC users – just hover the mouse over the cover.)

DONE AND DUSTED

My reading week ended up a little differently than I had anticipated, but it was no less satisfying. I have also been rereading the Blood Brothers series by Rebecca Zanetti and I started the All In series by Helena Hunting.

FOR THIS COMING WEEK

Looking forward to my reading for this week. Hopefully I’ll get to these books this week.

READING CHALLENGE UPDATE

I’ve signed up for the What’s in a Name 2023 Reading Challenge hosted by Andrea @ Carolina Book Nook.

I completed my first book: Dark Alpha’s Fury and it was for the Punctuation category.
