Welcome to my Weekly Wrap Up, my first one of the new year. Guess I missed a week or so. Happy New Year! I hope you always have a great book on hand to read or listen to, that your ereader or phone or tablet (or whatever) never runs out of battery, and that you will have plenty of time for all that reading you’d like to do. Do you have any new year’s resolutions? I don’t do those normally, but this year I have set myself a goal of making healthier choices.

Back to my week, that went well, thanks for asking. I did three volunteer days at the food bank, met a friend for breakfast, and the rest of the time was pretty quiet and uneventful.

And now on to the reading part of the post. (Mobile users – tap on the image of the book cover. PC users – just hover the mouse over the cover.)

DONE AND DUSTED

I read some great books, but posted no new reviews and no new quickie reviews either.

FOR THIS COMING WEEK

Some more will inevitably be added as the week goes on. You Make It Feel Like Christmas is a very belated ARC read.

QUOTES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE

From Variation by Rebecca Yarros: His gaze heated. “That’s a very real fact of life. I live in constant state of wanting you. I have since I was seventeen years old. Wanting you is all I know.”

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS

You can find more recommendations here. Is there anything you’d like to recommend? I’m always open to new authors and new books.

What are you reading? Let me know in the comments below.

And that’s it. Thanks for joining me on this Weekly Wrap Up adventure.
