Hi, and welcome to my Monday Musings.
It was spring break this past week, and although it went by way too fast, it was also a lovely respite from our usual routine.
On Friday we had our first ski day of the season, just in time for spring skiing. It was a gorgeous day, for weather and for skiing. Only I had a bit of an accident and it happened in the parking lot before any skiing could even commence. The parking lot had a lot of ice on it and ski boots aren’t the grippiest of footwear. I fell and hit my knee and elbow. Luckily, I wasn’t out of action and still had a great day on the slopes. My knee did feel it at the end of the day and at home I discovered my elbow was a bit blue and a bit swollen. But it’s all better now, so no lasting effects.
Saturday morning I got together with a few friends and we did some string art along with coffee and great conversation. I made a dandelion and it was a lot of fun.
This week it’s back to school. And I’m loving the longer days.
And now on to the reading part of the post. I’m a bit behind on the reviewing, but I did do a lot of reading.
My reading past and present:

DONE AND DUSTED
Not all of these have reviews on the blog, I just don’t have time to write reviews for every single book I read.
FOR THIS COMING WEEK
I look forward to my reading list this week and some extra ones will probably be added to the list as the week goes on.
OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
You can find more recommendations from me here. Is there anything you’d like to recommend? I’m always open to new authors and new books.
What are you reading? Let me know in the comments below.
And that’s it. Thanks for musing with me on this beautiful Monday.
You did do a lot of reading. I really enjoyed Love Blooms at Mermaids Point and Hook, Line and Sinker.
Yay for skiing and reading!
