Welcome to my Monday Musings. Wow, just one more week left of March. It’s spring break for my youngest and the day started with a bunch of fresh snow. We finished painting two more rooms this week, it’s getting there. Wednesday I met a friend for lunch and a bit of shopping, and Sunday we had friends over for dinner. We’re dog sitting their Australian shepherd this week. He’s a lively one.
And now on to the reading part of the post. (To find out more about the books: For mobile users – tap on the image of the book cover. For PC users – just hover the mouse over the cover.)
DONE AND DUSTED
It was a great reading week and I posted two reviews.
FOR THIS COMING WEEK
Looking forward to my reading for this week. Some more will inevitably be added as the week goes on.
QUOTES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE
From The Christmas Wedding Guest by Susan Mallery: Paisley grinned. “Sarcasm becomes you.” Reggie raised her glass. “It’s a classic look that flatters all of us.”
OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
You can find more recommendations here. Is there anything you’d like to recommend? I’m always open to new authors and new books.
What are you reading? Let me know in the comments below.
And that’s it. Thanks for musing with me on this beautiful Monday.
I really love Bennett’s Pittsburgh Titans series and thought Cannon was a great addition. I was a bit frustrated with Cannon and his mixed signals to Ava but he made it right. 🙂
Yeah, he did seem to want his cake and eat it too without getting too involved.
It seems like March was just going on and now it’s quickly almost over. Enjoy your spring break!
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Thanks! It’s looking good so far.
I love that Susan Mallery quote! I’d forgotten about it!
I love the Bromance Club books and the Nevermore Bookstore was cute. Happy reading!
I hope your daughter enjoys spring break. I loved The Bromance Club
Thanks. Spring break so far is pretty quiet, but it’s nice.
My MIL has an Australian Shepphard. Those dogs need a job or they get bored. I hope you have fun sitting it this week.
Susan Mallery always has some good quotes in her books. I love that one.
